1. Use of the site

Founder Verticals (“the publication”) publishes editorial content for general informational use. You are welcome to read, link to, and quote the publication in accordance with the terms below. By using the site you agree to these terms; if you do not, do not use the site.

2. Editorial accuracy

We work hard to make our rankings accurate, but the operator economy moves quickly and the published lists are necessarily a snapshot. The publication does not warrant that any specific claim is up-to-date, complete, or applicable to your situation. Treat list rankings as editorial opinion, not as investment, hiring, or commercial advice.

3. Copyright

All editorial content — article text, list rankings, photographs, illustrations, and design — is the copyright of Lumenwhite Media Holdings Pte Ltd or the named contributor, as applicable. Unless otherwise noted, content is published under a Creative Commons Attribution-NoDerivatives 4.0 license. You may copy and redistribute the material in any medium, provided you give credit to the named byline and the publication, link the original, and do not modify or build upon it.

The publication's logo, wordmark, and trade dress are not covered by the Creative Commons license. Their use is governed by the brand-use rules on the press page.

4. Republication

Full-text republication under the Creative Commons license above is permitted. For translations, adaptations, or commercial syndication, write to editorial@founderverticals.com. Republication that misattributes the work, removes the byline, or implies the publication's endorsement of a product is not licensed.

5. User submissions

If you send the publication a pitch, tip, or correction, you grant the publication a non-exclusive license to use the contents of that communication for editorial purposes. You retain ownership of the underlying material; we retain the right to publish what we choose. We do not pay for tips and do not promise confidentiality unless we have agreed to it in writing.

6. Linked sites

Where we link to a third party, the link is editorial — not an endorsement. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or business practices of the linked site.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the publication disclaims all warranties — express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Lumenwhite Media Holdings Pte Ltd nor any of its contributors will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the site. Where liability cannot be excluded, total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to SGD 100.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. You agree that the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms, except where a non-waivable consumer-protection right grants you the option to sue in your local jurisdiction.

10. Changes

If we materially change these terms, the new version will be posted on this page with a fresh effective date and announced in the newsletter. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
